Police seek suspect in indecent exposures

The Lower Providence and Upper Providence police departments are investigating five indecent exposure incidents that have occurred between April 6 and May 12.

The Lower Providence and Upper Providence police departments are investigating five indecent exposure incidents that have occurred between April 6 and May 12.

All of the incidents occurred in the two townships between 3:20 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. as victims were walking on roads or trails. The offender would be parked there, and get out of his car when the victim approached, with his pants pulled down or without pants. He would look at the victim while performing a lewd act.

Victims described the man as between 25 and 40, 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-10, short black hair and clean-shaven, speaking with an accent. His car was described as a silver or gray four-door sedan.
