Two fireworks displays again for New Year's Eve
For the sixth year in a row Philadelphia will have two New Year's Eve fireworks displays - one at 6 p.m. and another midnight - on the Delaware River. For the 115th year in a row, the Mummers will parade through Philadelphia with elaborate costumes and banjo and saxophone revelry.

Mayor Nutter and representatives from SugarHouse Casino, which sponsors the parade and the fireworks, gathered Tuesday to provide details.
The New Year's Eve fireworks launched from barges on the Delaware will be accompanied by synchronized music on the Camden and Philadelphia banks as well as on KYW radio. The 6 p.m. show will be broadcast live on NBC10 and Telemundo62.
The Mummers Parade will begin at 9 a.m. New Year's Day - an hour earlier than the 2015 parade - and run from City Hall to Washington Avenue.
This year's parade features six divisions including a new "Philadelphia Division," established to add diversity to the parade.
Second2None, a drill team based in West Philadelphia will lead the parade in the new division. - Julia Terruso
