Cops seek teen who put explosive in Francisville restaurant
Investigators are looking for a teenager who detonated an explosive in a Chinese take-out restaurant in Philadelphia's Francisville section.
Police said the teen ran into the Oriental Kitchen, located on the 900 block of North 18th Street, at about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday.
The suspect put an explosive device in a small panel on a wall, then fled.
The device detonated, damaging the restaurant.
No one was hurt.
Police described the suspect as black, about 14 years old, and wearing a blue shirt and black jeans. Investigators released surveillance video from the incident this morning.
