'Hurricane' Schwartz: First time it feels like December

Cold winds moving in tonight, dropping wind chills to near 20 by daybreak. Gusts to 35 mph Saturday will make it feel even colder. And Sunday morning will see the FIRST below freezing temperature of the season in Philadelphia – a record late start. The warmup begins Sunday and peaks with record warmth Christmas Eve.
