Man rescued from Broad Street Line tracks
A man was hospitalized after being pulled from the track area on the Broad Street Line this morning.
SEPTA said the man fell onto the track area at the Hunting Park Station shortly after 9 a.m.
He was rescued from the tracks and taken to a hospital with injuries that authorities said weren't life-threatening. He was not struck by a train.
The transit agency said it wasn't immediately known how or why the man got onto the tracks.
Southbound service on the Broad Street Line briefly faced delays while crews responded to the scene.
