Villanova student charged in Wisconsin sex assault

A Villanova business student was arrested on campus today and charged in a sex assault that occurred earlier this year in Wisconsin.

Vincent C. Paola, 20, of Berlin, N.J., allegedly assaulted a woman on July 23 in Milwaukee. The victim, who lives near Philadelphia, reported the assault to Radnor police two days later, according to a news release issued by Lt. Andrew J. Block.

On Nov. 15, Milwaukee police issued an arrest warrant for Paola. Radnor and university police took him into custody about 3:20 p.m. He is currently awaiting extradition to Wisconsin.
