Woman, child die in Levittown apartment fire in Bucks County

A woman and child were found inside an apartment building in the Levittown section of Bristol Township, Bucks County, after firefighters arrived to fight a fire there Monday evening, according to reports.

The child, 5, and the woman, both of whom were not immediately identified, reportedly suffered third-degree burns in the Bucks County blaze, the Bucks County Courier Times reported.

A cause of the fire was not immediately known and officials did not hold a press conference as of 7:30 p.m.
