Magic is the title of the Boss' latest album but a bit of sorcery might be useful when trying to purchase tickets tomorrow to his upcoming concert.

Tickets to dance in the dark with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band on Oct. 5 at the Wachovia Center go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. Log on to www.comcasttix.com or dial 1-800-298-4200.

Or, if you can get to Wachovia Center's box office by 6 p.m. today, pick up a numbered wristband and return tomorrow when tickets will be sold using a lottery system.

Also on sale tomorrow through ComcastTIX are tickets ($30) to see Fall Out Boy. The emo-rock band headlines the "Young Wild Things Tour" at the Wachovia Spectrum on Nov. 13.

But no need to wait until October and November for headliners. Tickets are still available to the following major concerts.

Tonight "American Idols Live" ($42.50 to $72.50) brings Jordan Sparks, Blake Lewis, Chris Sligh, Lakisha Jones and, yes, Sanjaya Malakar to the Wachovia Center. ComcastTIX again is your gateway.

Head back to Broad Street and Pattison Avenue tomorrow to "Copa Cabana" with Barry Manilow at 8 p.m. Cost: $13 to $253 (ComcastTIX).

On Sept. 29, Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez will be at Atlantic City's Trump Taj Mahal. Seats in the Etess Arena go for $96 to $176 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.com or 215-336-2000).

In October the music is nonstop.

On Oct. 3, the Roots, Philly's own hip-hop band, headlines the "VH1 Hip-Hop Honors Tour" ($35) at the Electric Factory. To see a lineup that includes Big Daddy Kane and MC Lyte, buy tickets at the box office or through Ticketmaster.

Maroon 5 and the Hives will take to the Wachovia Spectrum stage on Oct. 13 ($40.50-$50.50, ComcastTIX).

Two days later, Tori Amos is in town at the Tower on Oct. 15 ($34.50-$49.50, Ticketmaster).

See how the West Coast does it when Del Tha Funky Homosapien ($17 to $20) rocks World Cafe Live on Oct. 17. The cafe sells tickets in its box office or on its Web site - www.worldcafelive.com.

Then it's a radio-music lover's dream on Oct. 19 when Power House will feature Kanye West, Rihanna and Philly-girl Eve at the Wachovia Center. The price range to watch these hitmakers is $9.99 to $69.99 through ComcastTIX.

And a few to see before the year ends - The Police ($50 to $225) are returning to the City of Brotherly Love on Nov. 14., and - this one is for the kids - High School Musical on Ice ($13 to $78) will skate Dec. 28, 29 and 31. Since both shows will be at the Wachovia Center, tickets are being sold through ComcastTIX.
