After striking a car parked on northbound Route 295 in Mount Laurel this morning, a tractor trailer traveled across the grass median and southbound lanes before winding up on its side in a wooded area.

The driver of the truck was taken to Cooper University Medical Center in Camden, and another person was taken to Virtua Memorial in Mount Holly, state police said.

Neither person suffered serious injuries, however.

No one in a second vehicle struck by the truck was injured, police said.

The accident happened around 6:30 a.m. at milepost 30, near Route 38.

Traffic was moving past all the but the righthand lane of the northbound side an hour later.
