Rain begins weekend, dry on New Year’ eve

Friday starts off dry but rain will start to sprinkle during the evening hours and will continue to fall until Saturday afternoon, according to AccuWeather.com.

The temperature should make it past 50 degrees.

Saturday is expected to be mild and in the mid-50s.

Rain will return on Sunday, when temperatures will hover in the 40s. Showers will end early Monday.

New Year's Eve will see temperatures in the low 40s, and New Year's Day will be a mix of sun and clouds, with temperatures falling to the mid 30s.
