A body found wrapped in a blue tarp in the basement of a Port Richmond Bar has been identified as that of a man missing since Wednesday night.
A body found wrapped in a blue tarp in the basement of a Port Richmond Bar has been identified as that of a man missing since Wednesday night.
James "Seamus" O'Neill, 60, of the 3700 block of Salmon Street, died from blunt force trauma to the head police said this afternoon.
O'Neill was last seen after his shift as a bartender at My Blue Heaven, a bar located at Richmond and Pacific Streets.
His body was discovered in the basement of McWhitey's Bar, Venango and Mercer Streets, on Friday.
