Shoulder closures on I-95 near Bartram Avenue
The left shoulder will be closed in both directions on Interstate 95 approaching Bartram Avenue (Exit 14) in Philadelphia tomorrow through next Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for barrier construction, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.

Also, the ramp from northbound I-95 to Broad Street (Exit 17) will be closed Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for bridge maintenance. The detour will follow northbound I-95 to the Packer Avenue exit (Exit 19), to Broad Street.
Motorists are advised to allow additional time to travel on I-95 because backups may occur. - Inquirer staff
