ID on Germantown homicide victim

Police this morning identified a 21-year-old man fatally shot in the city's Germantown neighborhood last night.

Jalil Joyner-Clark, of the 5900 block of Greene Street, was shot once in the chest shortly after 8 p.m. near the intersection of Marian and Hansberry Streets, police said.

He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 8:20 p.m. No arrests were reported.
