Authorities have identified the woman whose body was found Monday morning on a Philadelphia golf course.

Authorities have identified the woman whose body was found Monday morning on a Philadelphia golf course.

The body of Amanda McClintock, 20, of the 300 block of Robbins Avenue, was discovered by a golfer about 10:30 a.m. near the 14th hole of the Juniata Golf Course, authorities said.

The body was in a remote location near Fisher's Lane and Ramona Avenue in the Juniata Park section of the city, police said. There were no obvious signs of trauma, authorities said.

Cause and manner of death is pending further investigation, said Jeff Moran, spokesman for the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office.       - Barbara Boyer
