Police have released two surveillance videos and are asking for the public's help to identify robbers in both of the unrelated cases.

On Dec. 6, about 6 p.m., two men entered Jerry's Ladies Fashion in the 3200 block of North Front Street in North Philadelphia where one of the men pulled a large caliber handgun and ordered two employees and two customers to the rear of the store and bound them with duct tape.

More than $4,000 was stolen along with the owner's .380-caliber gun.

"These men are armed and dangerous and they at least have two guns that we know of at this point," Vanore said.

On Nov. 27, about 6:30 a.m., man entered the Sunoco store in the 2700 block of Aramingo Avenue in the city's Frankford section where he handed the clerk a dollar as he purchased a pretzel. As the cashier opened the register, the man reached over the counter to grab the cash.

The cashier put up a fight, causing the cash drawer to fall to the ground. The robber then fled with an undisclosed amount of money as the cashier chased him briefly.

Anyone with information about either case is asked to call East Detectives at 215-686-3243.
