But someone who bought a Powerball ticket in South Dakota gets to do that over 29 years - or take $118 million in cash.
Less federal taxes, of course.
The jackpot kept growing since early April, when a Washington, D.C., winner opted for $79.7 million in cash, instead of the $144 million annuity.
Last night, finally, one ticket matched all the numbers drawn.
They were 5, 6, 12, 16 and 21, with a Powerball of 7.
Three Pennsylvania tickets, as well as nine in other states, won $200,000 for having all the numbers except the Powerball.
Four tickets won $1 million for also having the Power Play multiplier option. Two were purchased in Connecticut, one each in Arizona and Kentucky.
The jackpot goes back to $20 million for Saturday.
That means Mega Millions, sold in Jersey and 11 other states, has the biggest payoff around, with $35 million up for grabs tomorrow night.
Also bigger than Powerball is Jersey's unusually hefty Pick Six, which has a $22.2 million jackpot tonight - and odds a dozen times more favorable than either of the multistate lotteries.
Pennsylvania's Super 7 is up to $8.26 million for tomorrow night's drawing.
