Mary P. Rogers, 52, of Williamstown, died at the scene shortly before 7 a.m. after her car was hit by an SUV driven by Rubiel Sanchez-Ramirez, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. Rogers had been attempting to turn onto Fries Mill Road from Deschler Boulevard, official said.
