Authorities are searching for a man who is a suspect in three bank robberies and who the FBI described as "armed and dangerous."

Authorities are searching for a man who is a suspect in three bank robberies and who the FBI described as "armed and dangerous."
Billy Ray Barker, 41, is about 5 feet 11 inches tall, according to the FBI, and weighs about 180 pounds. He has a short salt-and-pepper beard and moustache and tattoos on both arms.
Authorities believe Barker robbed a Wachovia Bank on the 2800 block of Broad Street and a PNC Bank on the 3200 block of Broad Street around 10 a.m. today.
Barker is also a suspect in the Aug. 5 robbery of a Wachovia Bank on the 600 block of West Erie Avenue.
Police believe Barker is known to hang around the 2800 block of Broad Street and the 600 block of West Erie Avenue. Anyone who has seen him or has any information is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000, or the Philadelphia Police Department.
Tips can be made anonymously, and the FBI said there may be a reward for information leading to his apprehension.
