Police have named the 20-year-old man who was fatally shot last night in the city's East Germantown section.

Kevin Miller, 20, who lived in the 8800 block of Ridge Avenue in Andorra, was found with several gunshot wounds shortly after 7:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Duval Street, near Stenton Avenue.
He was pronounced dead at Albert Einstein Medical Center at 9:44 p.m.
Arriving at the scene shortly after hearing gunfire, police saw a male in dark clothing running away.
The motive and the identity of the assailant were unknown to police this morning.
