Marcus Hook man facing pornography charges

A Delaware County man was being held today on 50 counts each of child pornography possession and dissemination, both felonies.

David M. Walton, 35, of the unit block of East 10th Street in Marcus Hook, also is charged with 51 counts of criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony, police said. Walton was being held in lieu of $500,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 22.

Police said that Walton shared files on a network known for the exchange of child pornography. Some files that were in Walton's possession and made available to other members of the network showed victims as young as 3 years old, according to a police affidavit.
