Montco crash victims identified

Montgomery County law enforcement officials have released the names of two Pottstown High School students killed in a crash Saturday night.

Andrea Antonio-Harris, who turned 16 last week, and Breanna Brothers, 15, were two of four passengers riding in the back of a red 2003 Dodge Durango that crashed on Route 100 between Farmington Road and Moyer Road in Upper Pottsgrove Township.

When police arrived at about 11:50 p.m., three of the passengers, including Brothers and Antonio-Harris, had been ejected from the vehicle, which had flipped on its roof and landed on top of a guardrail.

Antonio-Harris and Brothers died from injuries suffered in the crash, a medical examiner determined Sunday.

Three other passengers - two girls, 17, and one girl, 12 - and the 18-year-old male driver were treated at local hospitals, Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman said. Neither their names nor their conditions have been released.

The weather was dry and clear at the time of the crash, and the roadway appeared to be free of defects, police said. The crash remains under investigation.
