A Philadelphia woman has been arrested and charged with stealing a bank customer's identity and looting the victim's account of more than $22,000.

Delaware State Police said today they caught Courtney Henry, 27, on Monday when she tried to withdraw another $7,900 from the account.

A suspicious teller had summoned police to the Wachovia Bank branch in Wilmington where Henry attempted to make the withdrawal.

Police would not provide any details about the account or any relationship, if any, Henry had with the victim.

An investigation determined that before her arrest, Henry had withdrawn $22,600 from four other Wachovia branches in Delaware since Dec. 8, police said.

Henry has been charged with felony counts of identity theft, theft and attempted theft.
