Authorities say they have arrested a Camden man for shooting another man who identified his killer before dying.

Marshall Onuorah, 20, of the 3100 block of Tuckahoe Road, was charged with murder and held on $500,000 bail by Superior Court Judge Irvin Snyder this morning.

Marshall is accused of killing Marcus Corbitt, 33, also of Camden, who was shot multiple times as he stood on the 600 block of Royden Street about 10:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The victim was taken to Cooper University Hospital where he identified Onuorah as the shooter before he was pronounced dead at 10:52 p.m., authorities said.

During Onuorah's arraignment, Assistant Camden County Prosecutor Ira Slovin said Onuorah was seen leaving a minivan less than two blocks from the shooting scene shortly before Corbitt was shot. He returned to the van carrying a gun shortly afterward and was overheard saying that he believed he had killed someone, Slovin said.
