The body of a woman was found this morning at the bottom of a fire escape at her apartment building in East Germantown, officials said.
Police have not yet classified the death as a homicide but said it appear suspicious.
The woman, who was in her 30's, lived on the third floor of the Tulpehocken Plaza apartment building on East Tulpehocken Street at Homer Street.
Her body was found at the foot of the fire escape at the rear of the building about 9 a.m.
6ABC said she was partially clad and that police were questioning her boyfriend.
