Man critical in Kensington shooting

A 31-year-old man was critically wounded tonight in a shooting in Kensington, police said.

Shortly after 7 p.m., the man was shot in the lower abdomen while standing outside in the 900 block of East Westmoreland Street, police said.

He was transported by medics to Temple University Hospital, police said. No arrests were reported.
