Body found in bag in N. Phila.
A body was found in a garbage bag behind a home in North Philadelphia today, police said.
A body was found in a garbage bag behind a home in North Philadelphia today, police said.
The bag apparently had been in the yard of the 100 block of East Diamond Street for some time, police said. The remains appeared to be those of a woman.
The grisly discovery was reported to police about 11 a.m.
An autopsy will be needed to determine cause of death.
