18-year-old shot, killed in East Lansdowne
An 18-year-old senior at Penn Wood High School in Lansdowne was shot and killed Tuesday during a fight in East Lansdowne, police said.
An 18-year-old senior at Penn Wood High School in Lansdowne was shot and killed Tuesday during a fight in East Lansdowne, police said.
Tristin A. Fisher, 18, of Northeast Philadelphia, was arrested in the slaying of Muhamed Kamara of Darby Borough, police said.
The fight was with a man Fisher identified as his cousin, police said. Fisher told police that as Kamara turned toward him, he shot Kamara twice, police said. The shooting occurred at about 4 p.m. in the unit block of Lexington Avenue.
Fisher is being held without bail at the Delaware County prison.
