The truck eater has claimed another victim.
The railroad overpass on Richmond Street north of Lehigh Avenue in Port Richmond, which has a clearance of only 12 feet, snagged a trailer this morning.
Not only did the trailer get wedged, it damaged overhead wires for SEPTA's Route 15 Trolley.
Trolley passengers had to take shuttle buses between the Port Richmond-Westmoreland Loop and Cumberland Street.
