Police have arrested a second man in the May 2 fatal shooting of an Olney bar owner that was caught on videotape.

Police have charged Nicholas Roll, 21, of the 2400 block of Turner Street, North Philadelphia, with murder, criminal conspiracy, robbery and other offenses in the slaying of John Adams, 47, owner of Johnny's Top Cat Club.

Police say Roll, who was arrested on Tuesday, was the triggerman.

An alleged accomplice, Brent Dixon, 30, was arrested on the same charges May 13.

Police said the duo held up Adams on May 2 near Fifth and Ruscomb Streets. Surveillance cameras captured one man pointing a gun at Adams, then shooting him twice. Adams died eight days later in hospital.
