The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $10,000 reward for information on a shooting Sunday morning that killed a 2-year-old boy in the City of Chester.

Terrence Webster was shot in the head just before 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning when his family was returning to their home in the Chester Apartments on West Ninth Street. Webster's mother was shot in the leg and his father was shot in the hand. They were treated and released.

Webster succumbed to his injury Monday at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Terrence's father, Thomas Webster, told police he thought he saw a man in a hooded sweatshirt. Police believe the suspect or suspects may have staked out the apartment prior to the shooting.

Tips can be made anonymously to the Chester Police Crime hotline at 610-447-7810 or the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division at 610-496-4359.
