Man found dead in Bucks creek

Bensalem police are asking for help to identify a man found dead in the Neshaminy Creek east of the I-95 overpass.

The man, who appeared to have been in the creek for several days, was pulled from the water about 9 p.m. Sunday. He is described as white, in his late 20s, about 5-foot-8 and 160 pounds. He had dark hair and was wearing prescription glasses, a red or maroon short sleeve shirt, dark jeans and black Converse All-Star sneakers. He was wearing a silver chain and cross around his neck bearing the inscription: "I am a Catholic. Please call a priest."
