Just after 1 a.m. police responded to 5700 Rodman Street where an unidentified 53-year-old male was found with gun shot wounds to the head, shoulder and leg. He was pronounced dead about a half-hour later at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Two men were seen fleeing the area and remain at-large. A .357 Smith & Wesson revolver was recovered.
Initial reports indicate that the incident began when the victim, who was driving his car, got into an argument with two men on the street, police said.
