A 19-year-old man was in critical condition Wednesday night after being shot in the neck in the Kingsessing section of Southwest Philadelphia, police said.
A 19-year-old man was in critical condition Wednesday night after being shot in the neck in the Kingsessing section of Southwest Philadelphia, police said.
The shooting occurred about 7:30 p.m. in the area of 55th Street and Willows Avenue, police said. The victim was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
The perpetrator fled the scene on a bicycle.
