Man, 18, charged with killing neighbor

Police responding a report of a hospital case at 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday found Jeremy Robinson with a bullet wound to the head and a gun nearby on the second floor of his home on the 1300 block of North 61st Street.

Robinson was taken in critical condition to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he died at 3:31 p.m. Thursday.

After an investigation, police arrested Malik Williams, who lives nearby on the 1400 block of Felton Street, and charged him with murder, weapons offenses and filing a false report.

Police have not disclosed a possible motive or the nature of the relationship between the two men.
