Philadelphia police are asking for help in finding a missing South Philadelphia girl.
Jasmine Carrero, 13, was last seen at her home on the 2400 block of S. Lawrence Street, near Mifflin Square, about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Jasmine's family told police she may have been sleepwalking and got lost. She suffers from several mental health conditions, police said.
She was last seen wearing a black shirt and black shorts. She is white, wears prescription glasses and weighs about 100 pounds.
