The latest incident took place about 1:50 a.m. on the 5000 block of Wade Street in Germantown where a man in his early 20s was shot multiple times in the body, police said.
He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 2:35 a.m., police said.
Earlier, two teens were shot before 10:30 p.m. Thursday at Unruh Avenue and Kindred Street in Northeast Philadelphia's Castor Gardens section, police said.
Shot in the back, Tyree Branch, 18, was taken to Aria Health's Torresdale hospital, where he died at 11:43 p.m., police said. Branch lived nearby on the 6500 blockof Horrocks Street.
The other teen, who is 17, went in a private vehicle to Jeannes Hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound to the right arm, police said.
No arrests have been reported in either shooting.
