Man surrenders in Constitution Center stabbing

A man sought in the stabbing of a National Constitution Center employee surrendered to police Sunday afternoon.

A man sought in the stabbing of a National Constitution Center employee surrendered to police Sunday afternoon.

The man, whose name was not released, was being interviewed by police, said Officer Christien O'Brien.

Two men were working in the kitchen around 3:30 a.m. when they began to argue, police said. A 21-year-old man was stabbed three times in the leg during the altercation.

The victim was transported to Jefferson University Hospital with stab wounds, and was listed in stable condition, police said.

When police arrived at the center, the 36-year-old man accused of stabbing his colleague was gone.
