The purchase of a Match 6 Lotto ticket in Center City has made someone a millionaire.

If you don't count taxes.

The potential payout: $1.23 million, less 25 percent federal withholding.

The purchase place: The Cornerstone Newsstand at South Eighth and Chestnut Streets.

Matched were all six numbers drawn Monday night: 23, 25, 27, 39, 42 and 44.

The retailer will collect $10,000 for selling the slip that hit the jackpot, which had grown since Oct. 24.

The lottery's advice to winner: "Sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146, and file a claim at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, or at any of Lottery's seven area offices."
