Two Philadelphia men were stabbed to death in separate incidents early Sunday, police said. Two women were in jail, each charged with murder.

The first happened at about 2 a.m, at the home of Nelda Beatty, 46, in the 3200 block of Randolph Street, in the Fairhill section. Police said Beatty ended an argument by stabbing Atlas Pinson, 58, once in the chest. Pinson, from the 5800 block of Stockton Road, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police spokeswoman Tanya Little.

Just before 6 a.m., police were called to the 5200 block of Cottage Street, in the Frankford section, for a report of a person with a weapon. They were met by Marchelle Pickney, 27, who lived there, and they found Brandt Lollie, 32, dead of a stab wound to the neck. Police called it a domestic dispute. Beatty and Pickney were both charged with murder and related offenses, Little said.
