S. Philly smash and grab thief caught on video
Police are seeking help identifying a bicycle riding thief caught on video breaking the window of a parked car in the Point Breeze section and stealing items, including a laptop computer. The theft, which occurred about 5 p.m. on April 11 on the 1700 block of Annin Street, was captured by two cameras.

The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30 years-of-age, short hair, heavy build, wearing glasses, green jacket, blue shirt, dark pants and dark colored shoes.
