Body found wrapped in bag, inside box, on Kensington street

A man's body was found this morning wrapped in plastic, inside a cardboard box that was dumped on a Kensington Street.

Philadelphia police said they are investigating it as a possible homicide.

The body was discovered on the 300 block of E. Tusculum Street, near B Street, police said.

Police had no identification other than the body was that of a male, who was pronounced dead at the scene. It was not known how long the box was on the street.
