Two wounded in Philadelphia shootings

Two men were wounded - one critically - in separate shootings Tuesday night in the city, police said.

Two men were wounded - one critically - in separate shootings Tuesday night in the city, police said.

About 9:20 p.m., a 24-year-old man was shot in the left side of his neck and once in the left cheek in the 1900 block of Sigel Street in South Philadelphia, police said. He was listed in stable condition at Methodist Hospital. No arrests were reported.

A 33-year-old man was shot several times in the left side about 9:40 p.m. in the 1900 block of Wingohocking Street in Logan, police said. He was listed in critical condition at Temple University Hospital. No arrests were reported.   - Robert Moran
