The reported incident occurred near the Neshaminy Falls station around 7 p.m., officials said.
There was no immediate confirmation that a person was actually struck. Police conducted a lengthy search, and service on SEPTA's West Trenton Line was halted between Neshaminy Falls and West Trenton until shortly before 10 p.m.
