Tip leads to arrest in subway exposure string

A 20-year-old Hunting Park man had been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a woman several times on SEPTA's Broad Street subway line and police said he was identified through an anonymous tip.

Dysan C. Baysmore, of the 1200 block of West Wingohocken Street, was arrested earlier this month, police said yesterday.

Baysmore allegedly sat next to a 20-year-old woman on a subway train traveling between the Fernrock and Olney stations Oct. 31, police said.

While sitting next to her, he alleged exposed himself and inappropriately touched himself, police said. The victim said the same man exposed himself on "several occasions while riding the subway."

Baysmore is charged with indecent exposure, stalking and harrassment for the October incident, according to court records. He had already been charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness for a Sept. 2 incident, court records show.
