Narcotics raid near suburban Philly school nets 3

Two Philadelphia men and another from Hatboro were arrested this week on felony drug counts, accused of selling heroin out of a suburban Horsham Township house.

Two Philadelphia men and another from Hatboro were arrested this week on felony drug counts, accused of selling heroin out of a suburban Horsham Township house.

A task force raided the home, on 36 Blair Mill Road in Hatboro, at 8:40 p.m. Wednesday night and discovered heroin bagged for distribution and cash, said Risa Vetri Ferman, the Montgomery County District Attorney.

The three-bedroom house appears to be about 200 yards from the Blair Mill Elementary School and 100 yards from the Blair Mill Park.

Taken into custody were Israel Martinez, and Francisco Cintron, 29, both of Philadelphia; and Raymond Giordano, 41, of Hatboro. Afer failing to post bail, they were jailed at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
