Man critically hurt in W. Phila. shooting

Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting that left a man critically wounded in West Philadelphia Monday evening. About 6:30 p.m., a 23-year-old man was shot once in the chest and once in the right arm on the 5900 block of Chestnut Street, police said.
