Man shot to death in North Phila.
A 29-year-old man was shot three times in the head and killed Monday night in North Philadelphia, police said. Shortly after 9:30 p.m., police were called to the 2300 block of West Glenwood Avenue, where they found the victim lying on the sidewalk between two residential buildings, said Chief Inspector Scott Small.
