Police are searching for the man who robbed a TD Bank branch on Kings Highway near Greensward Lane in Cherry Hill Friday night.

The suspect approached a teller around 7:25 p.m. with a note demanding cash, said Lt. William J. Kushina Jr., a spokesman for the Cherry Hill Police Department.

The suspect ran from the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash, and was last seen running north on Kings Highway.

A surveillance camera caught footage of the incident, and police posted a still image of the suspect online in hopes that help from the public will lead them to making an arrest.

The suspect is described as a thin black man in his early to mid 20s, who is between 5 feet 6 and 5 feet 10 inches tall, and has a mustache.

He was wearing a brown hooded sweater with black horizontal stripes, blue jeans and sneakers.

Police said the man climbed over a fence and ran into the nearby Brandywoods development.

Tipsters are asked to call the Cherry Hill Police Department at 856-432-8829, or the Camden County Prosecutor's Office at 856-228-8400.
