Man, 18, is fatally shot in city's Germantown section
The victim was shot twice in the neck and once in the stomach by an unknown attacker in the 4600 block of Greene Street. He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

An 18-year-old man was fatally shot Tuesday afternoon in the city's Germantown section, police said.
The victim was shot twice in the neck and once in the stomach by an unknown attacker in the 4600 block of Greene Street.
He was taken by police to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 3:02 p.m.
Police reported no arrests.
