Man, 45, charged with causing death of Burlington County OD victim

A 45-year-old Camden  County man was charged with causing the death of an overdose victim who allegedly bought his drugs from the defendant, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office  said Thursday.

Sean Savage, of Clementon, was charged with one first-degree count of strict liability for drug-induced death, and related offenses. Savage allegedly sold drugs to a man who was found dead Feb. 20 at an Evesham Township residence, authorities said. The victim's identity was being withheld.

Savage was arrested Tuesday in Camden and was being held at the Burlington County Jail pending a detention hearing.
